Application | 2-chloroacrylonitrile is an important intermediate of medicine and pesticide, it is also an intermediate of the herbicide thiensulfuron. used as pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates |
production method | the preparation method is in a four-mouth flask equipped with stirring, thermometer and condenser tube, acrylonitrile and chlorination catalyst are added, and chlorine gas is passed through the reaction solution under cooling and stirring conditions in an ice water bath. The reaction system is controlled at 30~35 ℃, and the chlorine gas needs about 4H, the end point of chlorination was followed by GC, and stirring was continued for 1H to obtain dichloropropionitrile as the reaction solution. Add the above reaction solution into the flask with stirring thermometer and ceramic ring packing column, add a little inhibitor, stir and heat, temperature 105~110 ℃, start reflux, the kettle temperature was controlled at 110-130 ℃, and elimination reaction and fractionation were performed at the same time. The temperature at the top of the column was 85 ℃, and the collected fraction was the finished product. |
